Rodizio's - Concept

A Churrascaria (pron. Shoo-rah-scah-ree-ah) is a Brazilian Steakhouse which serves Rodizio. A Rodizio is when One pays a fixed price and the Meat Waiter brings an offering of meat to each Customer several times throughout the meal.

Our Customers can also help themselves to the vast array of traditional Brazilian hot dishes and salads available from our buffet until they signify that they have had enough. The Meat Waiters come to the table with knives and a skewer, on which are speared various kinds of meat, most commonly prime cuts of Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken.

Using the cue's above you can signify when you would like more food or when you are just resting.
